This appeal arises from a workers' compensation claim filed by Appellant, Janice Maxey (hereinafter "Maxey"), in which she alleged a work-related injury arising in the course of her employment with Appellee, R.R. Donnelley and Sons Company (hereinafter "Donnelley"). Maxey's claim was dismissed by Appellee, Thomas A. Nanney, Administrative Law Judge (hereinafter "ALJ"), because she had not sustained her burden...
