James Douglas Hopkins appeals from a divorce decree containing provisions for conservatorship of the marriage's three children. By two points of error, he complains that the trial court abused its discretion by failing to appoint him possessory conservator of the children and by imposing greater restrictions and limitations on his possession of and access to the children than are necessary to protect the children...
