ROBERTSON, Justice.

Howard Oldham and the City of Houston appeal from an adverse judgment holding them jointly and severally liable for the property damages and part of the personal injury damages and holding Oldham individually liable for the remaining damages. Appellants raise twelve points of error. Because we hold that the judgment against the City bars the action against Oldham individually, we modify the judgment such that appellants take nothing...
