Appellant, Steven Polywka, Executor of the Estate of Thomas Stefiniw, appeals an order of the circuit court which vacated a prior judgment of dissolution of the marriage of Thomas and Janina Stefiniw. On appeal, Polywka asserts that (1) the trial court erred in granting respondent's motion to vacate the prior judgment because she failed to give proper notice as required by section 2-1401 of the Code of Civil Procedure...
