Delbert Mobley was convicted by a jury in this Court of possession of a firearm by a felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). In imposing sentence, the Court must now determine whether Mobley is subject to the fifteen year mandatory minimum provision of 18 U.S.C. § 924(e).
