Jeffrey Hill appeals an order dismissing his complaint against attorney Ralph Thorne. The trial court dismissed the complaint for Hill's failure "to conform to the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure." In examining the trial court's rather summary opinion accompanying the above order, we have some difficulty determining exactly how Hill failed to conform to the rules.
