Appellant, Richard Flood, appeals from the judgment of sentence reinstated on January 10, 1991 following the trial court's denial of his motion to withdraw his December 7, 1990 guilty plea to first degree murder1 and possession of an instrument of crime.2 Appellant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to withdraw his plea.
