This is an appeal from a judgment entered upon a non-jury verdict in favor of appellee-employee, Valerie Faden. Suit was commenced for unpaid wages for the three-month period of time that Faden worked for appellant, John deVitry, as the manager of a restaurant called Cafe Dejon.
