This appeal is taken from a conviction for "possession of a controlled substance, namely: Cocaine" less than twenty-eight grams. Appellant waived trial by jury and entered a plea of guilty before the trial court. Appellant's punishment was assessed at six years' imprisonment and a fine of one thousand dollars.
