Florence Hollibush appeals from a partial summary judgment dismissing several of her Wisconsin Consumer Act (WCA) claims against Ford Motor Credit Company (FMCC). She also appeals from a posttrial order dismissing a claim against FMCC under sec. 425.206(2), Stats., a provision of the WCA prohibiting repossessions of collateral which cause a breach of the peace.
