This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of the appellee and defendant below, United Savings Association of Texas (United Savings), in a wrongful death and survival action brought by the appellant and plaintiff below, Vernice B. Coleman, as the beneficiary of her son Ronald W. Montgomery. Montgomery died as the result of a fire which occurred in his apartment while he was a tenant at the Forest Creek Apartments...
