In this action alleging breach of a contract to sell land by the vendors' refusal to convey, the purchaser obtained judgment for $15 million in expectation interest damages. A contract provision limited the purchaser's remedies for the vendors' default, "including failure to make full settlement," either to specific performance or to rescission and return of the purchaser's deposit.
