Defendant, Terrence McCaster, appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of St. Clair County entered on a jury verdict which found defendant guilty of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance in violation of section 401(d) of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 56½, par. 1401(d)).
