This is an appeal from a Fifth Judicial District Court, Beaverhead County, judgment in a bench trial. We affirm.

There are two issues on appeal:

1. Did the District Court err in concluding that a partnership did not exist between Mary Tondu and Walter Akerley? 2. Did the District Court equitably distribute the funds at issue?
