These parties are before us a second time, the original appeal having resulted in a remand to the trial court to "interview all the jurors and make the initial factual determination as to whether the evidence supports a finding of misconduct on the part of the jury." Singletary v. Lewis, 584 So.2d 634, 637 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991). In the first appeal, this court found that only one of Singletary's issues merited consideration...
