BOWES, Judge.

Defendant was convicted of aggravated rape, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42 and aggravated burglary, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:60. The trial court sentenced defendant to life imprisonment, without probation, parole, or suspension of sentence for the aggravated rape conviction and to thirty years at hard labor for the aggravated burglary conviction, to be served concurrently. Defendant now appeals.
