Childs, 1 NCA 478, 1992 WL 105946 (1992), wherein the Nebraska Court of Appeals affirmed Childs' conviction of driving while under the influence of alcohol (drunk driving), in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 39-669.07 (Cum.Supp.1990).
