Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc., appeals from a judgment rendered following a jury trial in a case brought by Richard Tidwell, the appellee, who is a former meter reader for Tri-County. Tidwell brought this suit claiming that he was discharged by Tri-County in retaliation for hiring an attorney to prosecute his worker's compensation claim against Tri-County.
