The appellant, Leon Mask, was convicted of two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of kidnapping and sentenced to three forty-year prison terms to run consecutively. He argues the Trial Court erred by (1) failing to run his sentences concurrently, (2) allowing one of the robbery victims to sit at counsel's table after testifying, (3) failing to hold a pretrial hearing on the issue of his competency to stand trial, (4) finding him competent...
