George Pararas-Carayannis appeals the decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Docket Number SE0752920321-I-1, 57 MSPR 353, sustaining the agency's decision1 to indefinitely suspend him, without pay, pending the disposition of felony charges against him and his employer's determination regarding any future disciplinary action. We affirm.
