Pending before the Court is Petitioner's Writ of Habeas Corpus and Motion to Stay Deportation Proceedings. In February of 1986 Petitioner was indicted with conspiracy to violate 18 U.S.C. §§ 1001 and 1546, 28 U.S.C. § 1746, and violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1001 and 1546.1 Petitioner pleaded guilty to all counts and was sentenced to three years confinement...
