This is an appeal of sanctions imposed upon plaintiff-appellant, Kimuel Lee, for filing a lawsuit against defendant, Mrs. Scott Woodley. The Baton Rouge City Court found, on Mrs. Woodley's motion, that Lee had filed his defamation suit against her merely as harassment.
