Plaintiffs, Richard and Olga Johnson, sought recovery on a $38,000 note dated March 1985 and executed by Donald Johnson, plaintiffs' son, and defendant, Kerstin Johnson, n/k/a Kerstin Sagerstrom, plaintiffs' former daughter-in-law and the former wife of Donald Johnson.
