The People of the State of Illinois appeal from the July 13, 1991, order of the circuit court of Wabash County vacating the guilty verdicts rendered on May 17, 1991, following jury trial on counts II, III, V, VII, VIII, IX, X, XIII, XV, and XVII of a 17-count indictment, against defendant, Richard O. Wright. In so ruling, the trial court found that the guilty verdicts on these 10 counts of the indictment were inconsistent...
