Sharon Hutchins, as administratrix of the estate of Freeman Hutchins, Jr., deceased, sued Dr. Curtis Roberts; Dr. Roger Eiland; Surgery Practice, P.C.; and Central Alabama Community Hospital, alleging medical malpractice.
