OPINION

SCHUMACHER, Judge.

Respondent James R. Collins and appellants Ray Sogard and Frank Modich challenge the trial court's finding that they violated the Minnesota Open Meeting Law, Minn.Stat. § 471.705 (1990). Respondents Larry Claude, George Galatz, and Ed Jylha claim the trial court incorrectly calculated the number of violations of the law and further erred by failing to remove Collins, Sogard, Modich, and respondent Steven Saban from office...
