ELDER, Judge.

Haywood Tyrone Poindexter appeals from his conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred (1) in denying his motion to suppress the cocaine, and (2) in concluding that the evidence was sufficient to support a finding that he acted with the requisite intent to distribute. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the ruling of the trial court.
