The Chapter 12 standing trustee and the United States Trustee have filed objections to confirmation of the debtors' Chapter 12 plan because it fails to provide for payment of the standing trustee's fee set pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 586(e)(1)(B). The plan of debtors, Carl and Jane Marriott, provides for all plan payments to be made through the Chapter 12 trustee and further provides for payment of trustee...
