Plaintiff, the Village of Algonquin, appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of McHenry County which upheld the validity of a resolution adopted by defendant, the Village of Barrington Hills. The resolution ordered a road to be closed at Barrington Hills' municipal border with neighboring Algonquin.
