Defendants Thurmond and Harris1 were convicted of knowingly and intentionally distributing approximately six grams of cocaine base. 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); 18 U.S.C. 2. Thurmond was sentenced to 87 months imprisonment, and Harris received a sentence of 97 months imprisonment.
