This appeal arises from the trial court's granting of a motion for summary judgment wherein the plaintiff's suit against one defendant was dismissed. The plaintiff sought to recover from the defendant the costs stemming from the effort and time he spent investigating and preparing to buy a beer distributorship from the defendant.
