SULLIVAN, Justice, for the court:

Police initially went to the Stringer house to arrest Stringer pursuant to an outstanding capias. With probable cause to believe he was inside the house, the officers entered and observed contraband in plain view. After obtaining a search warrant, more narcotics were found, giving the officers probable cause to arrest Stringer on a new charge when he arrived at the house.
