OPINION

DORSEY, Justice.

Allstate Insurance Company appeals a judgment against it for failure to pay a claim when liability was reasonably clear, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, and negligence. By two points of error, Allstate complains of questions submitted to the jury and an instruction accompanying those questions. By one cross-point, the appellees seek damages from Allstate for bringing this appeal without sufficient cause...
