The appellants, Gordon Adair, Billy Gurley, and Darrell Gene Buckman, were each convicted of burglary in the third degree, a violation of § 13A-7-7, Code of Alabama 1975, and of theft of property in the first degree, a violation of § 13A-8-3, Code of Alabama 1975.
