OPINION

After a trial held in May 1990, a Jefferson County jury found appellant, Kevin Lee Zimmerman, guilty of the October 23, 1987, capital slaying of L__ G__ H__ (hereinafter "the decedent"). The aggravating element of the murder was provided by appellant's commission of it while in the course of also committing robbery.1 See Tex.Penal Code § 19.03(a)(2).
