Claimant seeks review of a Court of Appeals' decision affirming an order of the Workers' Compensation Board awarding her nine percent unscheduled permanent partial disability (PPD). England v. Thunderbird, 112 Or.App. 324, 827 P.2d 208 (1992). We reverse.

Claimant was 49 years old at the time of the hearing. She had been a cocktail server for approximately 15 years...
