In this action for inverse condemnation, plaintiff, Reale Investments, Inc. (Reale), appeals the trial court's dismissal of its case on the basis that it was premature. Defendant, City of Colorado Springs, cross-appeals certain findings of the trial court as well as that portion of a summary judgment ruling that Reale had no reasonable use of the entire parcel of property.
