Plaintiff Anita Kipnis and her husband, Ira, brought an action in the circuit court, alleging separate causes of action against defendant William Meltzer, M.D., and Abraham M. Chervony, M.D., for injuries plaintiff sustained while under the care and treatment of both doctors.
