Clint Coslett was indicted for possession of cocaine, in violation of § 13A-12-212, Code of Alabama 1975, and for possession of marijuana for personal use, in violation of § 13A-12-213, Code of Alabama. The jury found the appellant guilty as charged in the indictment. The trial court sentenced Coslett as a habitual offender to 11 years in prison on the cocaine conviction and 12 months in the county jail...
