American Filtrona Company appeals from an award entered by the Workers' Compensation Commission finding American responsible for the cost of medical treatment for Sue E. Hanford's hepatitis condition. The Commission ruled that Hanford's hepatitis, contracted in 1981, was a compensable consequence of an injury by accident suffered in 1978.
