After being tried without jury, Michael Campbell was found guilty of making a terroristic threat in violation of 18 Pa.C.S. § 2706. He was subsequently sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment for not less than eleven and one-half (11½) months nor more than three (3) years. On direct appeal from the judgment of sentence, Campbell argues that the charges against him should be dismissed...
