Plaintiff, Phillip D. Hopgood, filed this diversity action for breach of contract and wrongful dismissal. The plaintiff alleges that he was unjustly dismissed from his position as a broker in violation of his employment contract. Defendant, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith, Inc.
