FACTS

This lawsuit was initiated pursuant to the Revised Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act (RURESA) by the Texas Attorney General for Alameda County, California. See Tex.Fam.Code Ann. § 21.18 (Vernon Supp.1993). Sandra Drake, mother of Tamala Drake-Smith, executed an affidavit of paternity and authorized Alameda County to file suit against Rod L.
