A month after plaintiff allegedly complained to the assistant manager of her apartment complex about the inadequacy of the lighting in the complex's parking lot and was assured that the burned out floodlights would be replaced and the lighting system upgraded, plaintiff was raped and robbed in the poorly lit parking lot by an unknown assailant.
