Royal Insurance Company ("Royal") appeals the trial court's granting of summary judgment to Gail A. Walker ("Walker"). We reverse.

On August 15, 1988, Walker was involved in a motor vehicle accident with Earl N. Buck ("Buck"), who was driving a vehicle owned by Wanda Allen ("Allen").
