Rodney Chambers, executor of the estate of Mac Childs appeals from a Chancellor's ruling involving a real estate contract between Mr. Childs and Venita Manning and her husband James Manning. Mr. Chambers claims the Chancellor erred by imposing a 6% interest rate, pursuant to Article 19, § 13, of the Arkansas Constitution, on a contract that contained a readily ascertainable interest rate.
