MEMORANDUM

JOYNER, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Diane Le Grand, commenced this action under the Federal Torts Claim Act ("FTCA" or the "Act"), 28 U.S.C. § 2671 et seq., against John Lincoln, the United States Navy and the United States of America1. Presently before the Court is the defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Claims. For the following reasons the motion is granted.
