This appeal arises from an action brought by the plaintiff, Gloria Jackson, against the defendants, R. G. Whipple, Inc. (Whipple), and Edward E. Moukawsher, for damages resulting from actions taken by the defendants to remove the plaintiff's mobile home from Whipple's trailer park.
