Plaintiff, asserting the right to three full years of no-fault work-loss benefits, MCL 500.3107(b); MSA 24.13107(b), sued defendant insurer for breach of contract. Shortly before trial, plaintiff moved in limine to bar defendant from proving as a defense her failure to mitigate damages, i.e., to seek other employment. Plaintiff appeals by leave granted the circuit court's denial of her motion in limine to bar a defense of mitigation of damages. We affirm...
