The insured, appellant Rita Wenrick, was injured in a car wreck which was caused by the negligence of the tortfeasor, Paula Crater. Appellant Wenrick was insured by appellee, Hartford Casualty Insurance Company, and made a claim for benefits under the personal injury protection, PIP, coverage of her policy.
